Storage Conditions
One should store GI Wires in Dry and moisture free ware houses. Coils should be elevated below the ground level with wooden support.
Type of Coating
Light Coating : 25gm/m min
Medium Coating : 40/60/90 g/m2/min
Heavy Coating : 180 to 290 g/m2/min size win
Tensile Cuts – (Ultimate Tensile strength): It is the stress correspondence to the maximum force, into the works it is the hardness of the material.
We are manufacturing two grades of tensile:-
Soft quality : Tensile Strength less than 60 kg / meter
Hard quality : Tensile Strength less than 60 kg/ meter
Orbit Winding / layer Winding / Layer winding: This winding is pattern based and suitable for smooth for unwinding light and medium coating wires are offered in pattern laid jumbo wires.
Conventional Winding: It is a type of random winding heavy coated wires is conventionally wound in small coils.
Pay Off: This is used for unwinding the coils. Our coils pay off is in the anticlockwise directions.
